The Most Expensive Property in Spain is in Marbella

A new report by Spanish real estate portal Idealista lists the 10 most expensive houses and streets in Spain for sale and they are neary all in or around Marbella.

The Coto Zagaleta development in BenahavĂ­s heads the list with an average price of 6.7 million euros for a property. Calle Mozart and Calle Rossina, both also in Marbella are in 7th and 8th place with average prices of 4,75 million and 4,71 million euros.

 The most expensive property is in Marbella. For 55 million euros one can acquire a beachfront property sits on an 8,000sqm plot and comprises 12 bedrooms spread across three buildings.
